Citrus, Up in Ramgarh

Malta for this marmalade is grown by farmers in Ramgarh, Nainital district — picked at peak ripeness, when the citrus is at its brightest.

From there it travels to Bhimtal, to HoYi's own processing unit, where Rajni Bora leads our production team. Batches go in soon after harvest and are simmered down slow, capturing the full citrus character.

No artificial preservatives, no added flavouring — just Malta, sugar, and time. Each jar is sealed with natural beeswax instead of plastic, keeping things sustainable from grove to table.
