Up in Ramgarh, the Harvest Begins

Plums for this chutney are grown by women farmers in Ramgarh, Nainital district, led by Kamla Devi — tended carefully through the season and picked once truly ripe.

From there it travels to Bhimtal, to HoYi's own processing unit, where Munni Devi leads our production team. Batches go in soon after harvest, so the fruit keeps its flavour and texture all the way to the jar.

No artificial preservatives, no added flavouring — just plum, spice, and time.
