Your quality control mechanism

Strawberry this time doesn't have actual fruit chunks. The chilly oil pickle has too much of salt. Haven't opened the other jars.

Bitter orange marmalade

I was given a jar of Orange Marmalade and it was just too bitter for my taste. It’s probably not the marmalade’s fault. I guess I like mine on the milder side 😅

Any other uses or recipes for this? I hate wasting food and this is a whole lot of marmalade to throw away.

The bitterness you are noticing actually comes from the real orange peels we use, which naturally have that citrus edge. It is what gives the marmalade its authentic, complex flavour, though we understand it can be a bit bold for some palates.

I can clearly taste that the jam is made from real fruit.i tried 3 different flavour combo.the thing which is concerning me is when i saw the advertisement there was clearly mentioned that there are chunks of fruit. so that got my attention and when i checked there where none so that was little misleading(personal opinion)but i highly appreciate that someone is offering real fruit jam….keep it up
