This is my entire childhood in a bottle! Whenever we used to travel to mountains, we always used to look for plumps (right ripped ones) and come back home just to enjoy the chutney’s.. chaat’s .. made out of them. But that being said, we couldn’t preserve a large batch with us always…

By far, one of the tastiest and safest preserve (jam) I can say for my child… this comes soooo handy that whenever my child doesn’t want to eat anything- all she enjoys it this strawberry jam over a slide of bread or inside a paratha or even a quick shake!
