The Journey of our Kiwi Preserve

Picked High, Sealed Sustainably

Kiwis for this preserve are grown by the women of Jai Laxmi Samooh, in Nayal village, Dwarahat block, Almora district, Uttarakhand, led by Tulsi Devi — tended through the season and picked once properly ripe.

From there it travels to Bhimtal, to HoYi's own processing unit, where Rajni Bora leads our production team. Batches are made small and processed soon after harvest, preserving the kiwi's flavour and nutrition.

No artificial preservatives, no added flavouring — just kiwi and time. Each jar is sealed with natural beeswax instead of plastic, part of how we keep things sustainable from orchard to table.

Buying this jar supports Tulsi Devi and the women of Jai Laxmi Samooh in Nayal village, and the team in Bhimtal carrying their harvest forward.

Welcome to HoYi. Taste the hills.
